All inflatables picked up from our warehouse must be staked in grass
If You pick up your inflatable from us we ask that you set it up in the grass, If you want it set up somewhere else then delivery and set up will be needed. Once we set up the inflatable we ask that you do not move it. This helps us keep our inflatable from unnecessary wear and tear .
Stop and deflate during rain, lightening, or windy weather
We care about your safety, our inflatable are not designed for bad weather you are not safe inside. Please make sure everyone is out and in a safe place , turn blower off and detach it and move it indoors. Please do not leave the blower in the rain
Each unit requires an dedicated outlet
This is important to know when renting multiple inflatable or the larger obstacle courses. If you rent a 3 piece obstacle that is 3 outlets needed for 3 blowers.
Extention cords and Hoses do come with the rental.
Outdoor extension cords only. We do provide extension cords or hoses for your inflatables not need for you to worry about having the proper cords. Please make sure they get returned with the rental. There is a fee for lost extension cords.
Safety rules and guidelines
Our bounce houses are a fun and safe way to enhance any event they all come with some basic safety rules we ask that you review them and follow them so you get the most out of your experience. They all have posted maximum capacities please inquire if you have any questions . We want to fit you with the best size inflatable to match your event and age group.
We do not man or supervise the use of our inflatables.
Please Use caution when operating our inflatables. Our delivery team or in house pick up team will show you how to operate your rentals. Please ask questions they are not difficult to set up and operate but we are here to give you support. If you require an operator for a rental please inquire and we will give you some recommendations

Gas
We charge 0.65 per mile gas surcharge from our warehouse to your door round trip ..
Tax
We charge tax based on your zip code not ours
Insurance and Incidentals
We want to keep a safe and nice inventory so we charge a 5% fee of the rental cost , delivery and tax excluded. This helps protect our inflatables from the everyday wear and tear of rental use

Let us take care of the heavy lifting. We offer delivery and setup services to ensure that your party equipment is set up and ready to go before your guests arrive.
