Refund Policy

We require a deposit to reserve  for our rentals you have up to 3 days before your rental to change or cancel.  If you cancel before 3 days your deposit will be fully returned .

If you cancel after 3 days you will lose your deposit,but we will give you a store credit that will expire 1 year from date of original rental agreement.  

We will not give a refund for inclement weather but will try to work with you on extra time, a new date or a future discount .

A nonrefundable damage waiver is charged on all rental items.This damage waiver covers rental items that are damaged through normal use this damage waiver does not cover negligence, abuse or intentional damage to our rentals. 

Any excessive damage done to our inflatables will be charged back to the contracted renter. If the damage waiver is declined proof of insurance must be on file with Busy Bounce. 

We ask that our rentals are left in good condition,. 

A liability form must be signed before or at delivery failure to sign our liability waiver will terminate your rental agreement and no refund will be giving.
